  • Same-day or next-day delivery is available in select cities like Lagos (only for now).
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Accurate delivery information must be provided. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original label and packaging where applicable.
  • Due to the nature of fashion products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
