At Zitel Wear, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it.
  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please Note: Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Wrong or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • The wrong product
  • An incomplete order

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at zitelwear@gmail.com, including clear photos or videos of the issue.

We'll assess the situation and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that:

  • Have been worn or used.
  • Have been washed or altered.
  • Are damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
  • Do not have their original tags or packaging.
  • Were returned without prior approval.

Sale, clearance, or promotional items may also be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

5. Exchanges & Swaps

If you need a different size, color, or wish to exchange an item, please contact us within the 7-day return period.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Where possible, we'll gladly replace your item with the same or a similar product.

6. Refunds

If we are unable to provide the same item, a similar replacement, or complete an approved exchange within 14 days of receiving your returned item, we may issue a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
  • Processing fees (such as bank charges), shipping fees, and other applicable third-party charges may be deducted where applicable.
  • Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund process.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or defective item, we will provide a return shipping label or reimburse the reasonable return shipping cost, where applicable.

If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed.
