1. Nationwide Delivery

We deliver to customers in all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

Whether you're shopping from Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Enugu, Ibadan, Benin City, Asaba, Uyo, or any other location in Nigeria, we'll ensure your order is professionally packaged and dispatched.

2. Shipping Partners

The courier or transport service used for your order may vary depending on your delivery location, package size, and the most efficient shipping option available.

3. Shipping Fees

Zitel Wear does not offer free shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and added to your order total before payment.

Shipping charges vary depending on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Weight and size of your order
  • Courier or logistics company used
  • Current shipping rates

The shipping fee displayed during checkout is the final shipping cost for your order.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for dispatch.

Customers will receive their shipment or waybill details once the order has been handed over to the courier, where applicable.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Generally:

  • Lagos: Same day or next business day (depending on order time and courier availability).
  • Other States: Approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, traffic, courier delays, or unforeseen operational issues.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth delivery process, customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Complete delivery address
  • City
  • State
  • Any helpful delivery instructions

Zitel Wear is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

7. Delivery Confirmation

Once a package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer or received by the designated recipient, the order will be considered successfully delivered.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their package upon delivery and notify us promptly if there are any issues.

8. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Read our Return/Refund Policy.
